The invention discloses an eutrophic water body algae treatment device. The eutrophic water body algae treatment device comprises a machine body, wherein filtering cavities are symmetrically arrangedin the machine body from front to back; water distribution channels are arranged on left walls of the filtering cavities in a communication manner; the two groups of water distribution channels are mutually close to each other and are provided with water suction channels in the communication manner; and front separation plate cavities are arranged between the water distribution channels and the water suction channels. According to the eutrophic water body algae treatment device disclosed by the invention, a cam push rod is matched with a spring so that the two filtering cavities are alternatively used, and a condition that a water body cannot be continually filtered when algae on a filtering screen is treated is avoided; meanwhile, a door between the filtering cavities and a storage cavitymoves through a gear and a rack to drive the filtering screen to rotate, so that the algae on the filtering screen can fall into the storage cavity; and power linkage of a water pump and a steering separation plate is realized through an intermittent wheel and a gear transmission ratio, and the production cost is reduced.
