The invention discloses a eutrophic water body treatment machine. The eutrophic water body treatment machine comprises a shell, a water passing cavity is formed in the shell, a rotating cavity is formed in the upper half part of the right side of the water passing cavity, a first motor is fixedly arranged on the upper wall of the rotating cavity, a first rotating shaft is installed on the bottom face of the first motor, a first transversely-arranged bevel gear is fixedly arranged on the first rotating shaft, and a water drawing cavity is formed in the upper part of the water passing cavity ina communicating mode. The eutrophic water body treatment machine is simple in structure and small in shape, does not need to be installed, hardly has requirements for working site conditions, and canbe additionally installed on any ship body at will; meanwhile, polluted water bodies can be subjected to controllable medicine purification; and an extrusion device is further arranged, floating objects such as duckweed in water can be fished, pressed and drained, the storage and transportation cost can be reduced, and the utilization value of the duckweed can be conveniently generated.
