According to the marine garbage cleaning device, the racks and the sliding rods can be pushed to slide in the sliding cylinders through rotation of sector gears, then the push plate can be pushed through the sliding rods to compress the garbage, so that the storage amount of the recycling box is increased, and the frequency of cleaning the recycling box is reduced.
