According to the marine garbage cleaning device, the cleaning device is arranged, an incomplete gear can be intermittently meshed with a connecting gear ring, so that six sets of garbage collecting filter plates can accurately rotate in a circulating mode in water, and therefore various garbage in the water can be quickly fished; and meanwhile, the fished garbage can be automatically collected through the cooperation of a fixed supporting sliding groove and a positioning discharging port, and therefore the cleaning efficiency of the floating garbage on the ocean is improved to the maximum extent.
