The invention provides a hole digging cofferdam platform for underwater concrete stand column construction. The hole digging cofferdam platform comprises an overwater bearing platform located above the water surface, wherein a rectangular construction operation channel is formed in the middle of the overwater bearing platform; a hole digging device for digging a base hole for stand column pouringconstruction is arranged at the top of the rectangular construction operation channel; and the four edges of the bottom of the rectangular construction operation channel are each provided with a set of fence fixing devices. According to the hole digging cofferdam platform, the overwater bearing platform is arranged above the water surface, then the through rectangular construction operation channel is formed in the middle of the overwater bearing platform, the hole digging device is fixed to the center of the top of the rectangular construction operation channel, the four edges of the bottom of the rectangular construction operation channel are each provided with one set of fence fixing devices, a water retaining cofferdam for construction is formed through the four sets of fence fixing devices, and therefore a worker can quickly build the cofferdam on the overwater bearing platform; and by means of the fence construction manner, a large amount of labor cost can be saved, fences are very convenient to mount and dismount, and the construction period is greatly shortened.
