Cast-in-place pile side grouting construction method
The invention discloses a cast-in-place pile side grouting construction method. The method comprises the steps that two side grouting pipes are vertically and symmetrically arranged at the outer sideof a reinforcement cage, each side grouting pipe is divided into a plurality of sections in the vertical direction according to the number of upper and lower soil layers, the number of the sections isone more than that of the soil layers and is at least three, and every two adjacent sections are communicated through an upper connector and a lower connector of a three-way connector. The other connector of the three-way connector is connected with a grouting valve, a grouting hole is formed in the grouting valve, the position of the grouting hole corresponds to the position of the soil layer tobe grouted, and a grouting hole switching mechanism capable of controlling whether the grouting hole is communicated with the side grouting pipes or not according to the grouting pressure in the sidegrouting pipes is arranged in the grouting valve. According to the cast-in-place pile side grouting structure, the use amount of the side grouting pipes can be greatly reduced, cost is reduced, and economic benefits are remarkable.
本发明公开了一种灌注桩侧注浆施工方法,包括在钢筋笼外侧竖直对称设置两个侧注浆管的步骤,所述的侧注浆管根据上下土层的数量沿竖直方向分为若干段,段数比土层数量多一,至少为三段,相邻两段通过三通接头的上下接口连通,三通接头的另一接口连接注浆阀,注浆阀上开设有注浆孔,注浆孔的位置与待注浆土层位置对应,注浆阀内设有能够根据侧注浆管内的注浆压力来控制注浆孔与侧注浆管是否连通的注浆孔开关机构。本灌注桩侧注浆结构,能够极大减少侧注浆管的用量,降低成本,经济效益显著。
