The invention discloses a cast-in-place pile distributed type pile-side post-grouting device, a hydraulic grouting assembly and a construction method. The hydraulic grouting assembly comprises a grouting core pipe, an upper hydraulic bag, a lower hydraulic bag, an upper hydraulic pipe and a lower hydraulic pipe. A vertical grouting passageway is placed in the grouting core pipe. The upper hydraulic bag and the lower hydraulic bag are wrapped on the outer sides of the upper end and the lower end of the grouting core pipe correspondingly. The upper hydraulic pipe is connected with the upper hydraulic bag and used for conducting pressurization on the upper hydraulic bag. The lower hydraulic pipe is connected with the lower hydraulic bag and used for conducting pressurization on the lower hydraulic bag. Multiple grout outlets are evenly distributed on the portion, avoiding the outer side surfaces of the upper hydraulic bag and the lower hydraulic bag, of the grouting core pipe. The upper hydraulic bag and the lower hydraulic bag are full under the external hydraulic effect, and a closed space is formed by the upper hydraulic bag in the full state, the lower hydraulic bag in the full state and the inner wall of the vertical grouting passageway.
