Construction method of separable fulcrum pile
The invention discloses a construction method of a separable fulcrum pile. The separable fulcrum pile is formed by adopting a drilled pile construction process and comprises a pile body positioned atthe lower part and a pile head positioned at the upper part of the pile body, wherein four steel rails are arranged at the upper end part of the pile body; the lower ends of the steel rails are embedded in the pile body; the upper ends of the steel rails extend into the pile head; and PVC (polyvinyl chloride) sleeves are sleeved outside the steel rails positioned in the pile head. The constructionmethod comprises the following specific construction steps of: (1) preparing for construction; (2) embedding a pile casing; (3) placing a drilling machine in place and drilling; (4) cleaning a hole for the first time; (5) manufacturing and installing a reinforcement cage, wherein the reinforcement cage is formed by manufacturing, hoisting and welding in sections; the embedded steel rails are fixed at the designed elevation positions on the reinforcement cage, and the PVC sleeves are sleeved outside the parts of the steel rails, which extend into the pile head, and are hoisted into the drilledhole together with the reinforcement cage; (6) installing a guide pipe and cleaning the hole for the second time; (7) pouring underwater concrete; and (8) naturally curing the pile body after pile forming.
本发明公开了一种可分离式支点桩的施工方法。可分离式支点桩采用钻孔桩施工工艺成桩,其包括位于下部的桩体和位于桩体上部的桩头,在桩体的上端部设置有四根钢轨,钢轨的下端埋置在桩体内,钢轨的上端伸入桩头内,位于桩头内的所述钢轨的外部套装有PVC套管,具体施工步骤如下:(1)施工准备;(2)埋设护筒;(3)钻机就位及钻孔;(4)第一次清孔;(5)钢筋笼的制作和安装:钢筋笼采用分节制作、分节吊放、吊拼焊接而成;将预埋钢轨固定在钢筋笼上设计的标高位置并在钢轨深入桩头部分的外部套装PVC套管,随钢筋笼一起吊放到钻孔内;(6)导管安装及二次清孔;(7)灌注水下混凝土;(8)对成桩后的桩体进行自然养护。
