The invention provides a pile sinking construction method utilizing a shipborne telescopic pile holding arm moving guide frame. The pile sinking construction method comprises the steps that (1) pile sinking positioning is conducted, specifically, a coarse positioning system for pile sinking is combined with an accurate positioning system for pile sinking; (2) steel pipe pile self-sinking construction is conducted; and (3) steel pipe pile vibration sinking construction is conducted through a vibration hammer. According to the pile sinking construction method, the technical requirement that under the high tidal range environment, the telescopic pile holding arm moving guide frame is used for hoisting and beating a steel pipe pile, and the steel pipe pile with poor self-stability can be constructed under limiting of the guide frame through the vibration hammer and an impact hammer is met, a high-precision scanner and a GPS pile sinking independent positioning system are used, the system can achieve real-time monitoring of the perpendicularity and the plane position of the steel pipe pile in the whole pile sinking process, investment of auxiliary measuring personnel and measuring equipment is reduced, investment of ship machine equipment can be saved, and the pile sinking precision is improved.
