The invention discloses a frame structure bridge jacking construction process and a foundation pit support method. The foundation pit support method is realized through cooperation of a first water stop curtain and a second water stop curtain. The first water stop curtain is arranged around a foundation pit; the lower end of the first water stop curtain extends to a soft soil water permeable stratum to form a water stop retaining wall for reducing or even preventing underground water from flowing into the foundation pit through the side wall of the foundation pit and the pit bottom of the foundation pit, so that a frame structure bridge bracket is guaranteed to be operated under a water-free environment, and the stability of the foundation pit and the safety of operators are guaranteed; the second water stop curtain is arranged around the foundation pit, and is positioned between the foundation pit and the first water stop curtain; and the lower end of the second water stop curtain canbe positioned below the pit bottom of the foundation pit to achieve the effects of water stop and stratum reinforcement.
