The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, a plurality of first steel beam brackets are mounted on a top plate section block body of a steel shell according to design requirements; S2, two side plate section block bodies and a bottom plate section block body of the steel shell are welded to form a frame-shaped small section; S3, the top plate section block body is welded to the top end of the small section and welded to the two side plate section block bodies, and the first steel beam brackets face the bottom plate section block body; and S4, second steel beam brackets are mountedon the side, facing the top plate section block body, of the bottom plate section block body based on the first steel beam brackets, and the second steel beam brackets and the first steel beam brackets are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode. According to the construction method, the construction difficulty of mounting of the steel beam brackets can be lowered, and manpower and materialresource input is reduced.
