Self-adaptive cleaning anti-blocking floor drain and anti-blocking method thereof
The invention relates to a self-adaptive cleaning anti-blocking floor drain and an anti-blocking method thereof. The self-adaptive cleaning anti-blocking floor drain comprises a shell, an upper coverplate, a filter screen, a cleaning device, an impurity concentration cylinder and a return spring, wherein the impurity concentration cylinder extends in the vertical direction and is mounted in the shell; the filter screen is arranged between the upper end of the impurity concentration cylinder and the inner wall of the shell in a manner of moving up and down; the return spring extends in the vertical direction and is mounted below the filter screen; a vertical guide groove and an oblique guide groove are formed in the inner wall of the shell; the cleaning device is mounted above the filter screen; and the cleaning device comprises a rotating box, a plurality of telescopic blocks and a plurality of rotating sliding blocks. When the flow of water is small, the cleaning device is positionedat an initial position and cannot be triggered; when the flow of the water is large, the cleaning device and the return spring are subjected to the pressure of the water, and the water flows throughthe filter screen and the impurity concentration cylinder at the same time, so that impurities are filtered and flow out through a drain port; after resetting, the impurities on the filter screen arepushed into the impurity concentration cylinder; and the service cycle of the filter screen is prolonged.
