The invention relates to a damp-proof and corrosion-resistant steel structure base for a building. The structure base comprises a fixed base and movable blocks, a working cavity is formed in the fixedbase, a plurality of driving assemblies are arranged in the working cavity, each driving assembly comprises a vertically and rotatably connected vertical column and a bevel gear ring, one side of each bevel gear ring is engaged with a bevel gear, and each bevel gear is fixedly connected with a connecting shaft; an open hole is formed in the fixed base, the stand columns are sleeved with gear rings, a synchronous belt is meshed between the gear rings, studs fixedly connected with the movable blocks are spirally connected into screw holes of the stand columns, a movable opening is formed in thetop face of the fixed base from outside to inside, a mounting hole is formed in a fixed frame, and a rubber ring is bonded to the outer end face of the mounting hole; and each movable block comprisesan arc-shaped block, a connecting block and a plug block, compression springs are symmetrically and vertically fixed to the two sides of each connecting block, and brake blocks are fixedly connectedto the other ends of the compression springs. The consistency of adjustment of the movable blocks is kept, repeated adjustment is not needed, and the sealing failure of the movable blocks can be effectively prevented.
