The precast concrete hollow column joint connecting structure comprises a precast column and an embedded part used for being embedded and installed on a foundation, wherein the embedded part comprises two long steel bars; a sleeve is pre-arranged at the bottom of the precast column; the long steel bars are matched with the sleeve in an inserted mode; one of the ends of every two adjacent long steel bars is arranged in a bent and crossed mode; the space between every two adjacent long steel bars is divided into an upper crossed area and a lower crossed area by a crossed point; a first transverse bar and a second transverse bar are horizontally arranged on the precast column in a penetrating mode; the first transverse bar is arranged in the upper crossed area in a penetrating mode; and the second transverse bar is arranged in the lower crossed area in a penetrating mode. According to the precast concrete hollow column joint connecting structure and the construction method thereof, the tensile resistance of the precast column can be greatly improved, and thus the shock resistance is improved.
