The invention relates to an assembly type prefabricated concrete column base joint connecting structure which comprises a prefabricated concrete column, a column base anchor bolt and a fastener. The prefabricated concrete column comprises a column body and a column bottom end steel plate located at the bottom end of the column body, the column body is arranged close to the middle of the column bottom end steel plate, and anchor bolt holes are reserved in the positions, close to the edge, of the column bottom end steel plate. The column foot anchor bolt is pre-buried in a foundation and extends out of the upper end of the foundation, and the anchor bolt hole corresponds to the column foot anchor bolt; the fastener is connected to the upper end of the column foot anchor bolt and used for locking the column bottom end steel plate to the foundation, the invention further provides a construction method of the column foot joint connecting structure, and the problems that a traditional prefabricated concrete column foot connecting joint is complex, and construction quality is difficult to control are solved. Connection points are simple in structure and good in anti-seismic stress performance, construction quality is easy to control, site construction and installation are convenient, and universal applicability is achieved.
