Prefabricated cast-in-place concrete floor
The invention belongs to the technical field of building structures, and particularly relates to a prefabricated cast-in-place concrete floor. The prefabricated cast-in-place concrete floor comprisesa prefabricated plate and a cast-in-place plate, and the prefabricated plate is designed to be in a C shape; the prefabricated plate is formed by pouring concrete and a frame; the frame comprises cross beams, longitudinal beams and connecting ribs; the cross beams are made of C-shaped groove steel materials; the number of the cross beams is two, and openings of the cross beams are oppositely designed; assembling grooves are formed in the two ends of the cross beams; the longitudinal beams are made of I-shaped steel materials; the longitudinal beams are fixedly connected into the assembling grooves through bolts; and connecting grooves are formed in the longitudinal beams. According to the prefabricated cast-in-place concrete floor, the cross beams and the longitudinal beams are arranged tobe combined to form the frame, first through grooves and supporting grooves are formed, the two symmetrically-designed cross beams are tensioned through the connecting ribs and nuts, and therefore the formed frame has certain prestress; and meanwhile, an elastic truss is erected in the frame defined by the cross beams and the longitudinal beams, and therefore the manufactured prefabricated platehas high strength under the thin size.
