Prefabricated and cast-in-place combined floor slab structure
The invention discloses a prefabricated and cast-in-place combined floor slab structure which comprises a supporting plate, a floor slab, a prefabricated slab and a cast-in-place slab. The unit laminated plates are laid on the supporting plate, the two opposite sides of the end faces of the adjacent ends of the unit laminated plates extend to form butt joint plates respectively, a socket through groove is formed in the butt joint plate of one adjacent end, an insertion part is formed in the butt joint plate of the other adjacent end, and the insertion part is inserted into the socket through groove of the adjacent unit laminated plate; a pouring groove is defined by the butt joint plate, the end face and the bearing plate. Sliding blocks are arranged in the sliding grooves of the push plate and the unit laminated slabs in a sliding mode, one end of the push plate is rotatably installed on the sliding blocks, after concrete is poured into the pouring groove, the push plate is rotated so that the other end of the push plate can extend to the position above the adjacent unit laminated slabs, and the push plate scrapes and flattens the concrete exceeding the groove opening of the pouring groove. The problem that when cement pouring is conducted on gaps between existing laminated slabs, wood boards are adopted for shielding treatment, and a large amount of time is consumed is solved.
本发明公开了一种预制与现浇结合的楼板结构,包括:支承板,搭接于框架梁;多个单元叠合板,铺设于支承板,单元叠合板的邻接端的端面的相对两侧分别延伸形成有对接板,一邻接端的对接板形成有承插通槽,另一邻接端的对接板形成有插接部,插接部插设于相邻单元叠合板的承插通槽中,对接板与端面、支承板之间围合形成浇筑槽;推板,单元叠合板的滑槽中滑设有滑块,推板的一端可转动地安装于滑块上,在浇筑槽内灌注混凝土后,转动推板以令推板的另一端伸至相邻单元叠合板的上方,推板将超出浇筑槽的槽口的混凝土刮除平整。本发明解决了现有的叠合板之间的间隙进行水泥浇灌时采用木板遮挡处理,耗费大量时间的问题。
