The technical scheme of the method includes the steps that concrete formworks are supported; concrete is poured into the formworks; the concrete is vibrated and tamped by adopting a vibrating bar, and then the concrete is pressed tightly by adopting a roller compactor; laitance on the surface of the concrete is removed by adopting a trowelling machine additionally provided with a disc; horizontal detection is carried out on the surface of the concrete by adopting a level gauge, and the surface of the concrete is leveled by using a floating rule; after the surface of the concrete initially sets, a layer of a concrete anti-cracking agent with the thickness of 2-3 mm is scattered on the surface of the concrete, and after the concrete anti-cracking agent is moist, the trowelling machine additionally provided with the disc is adopted for trowelling the concrete anti-cracking agent on the surface of the concrete; after the surface of the concrete finally sets, the troweling machine without the disc is used for troweling the surface of the concrete; a moisture-proof agent is uniformly sprayed on the surface of the trowelled concrete; and water is sprayed for maintenance for more than 7 days.
