Anti-cracking construction method for gravel and carborundum terrace
The invention provides an anti-cracking construction method for a gravel and carborundum terrace. The anti-cracking construction method comprises the following steps: S1, early-stage deepening preparation; s2, constructing a stone hydrophobic layer; s3, constructing an isolating layer and a reinforcing mesh; s4, floor concrete pouring and joint cutting are conducted; and S5, carborundum spreading and curing agent polishing. Fine aggregate concrete at the bottom of the terrace is replaced by the gravel drainage layer, and the drainage guide pipe is additionally arranged beside the terrace drainage ditch, so that drainage of the bottom of the whole carborundum terrace is smooth, and the terrace is kept in a dry state for a long time; the traditional cracking problem of the terrace can be effectively prevented by reasonably arranging the terrace parting joints and controlling the joint cutting time through the BIM technology; and by controlling the grinding mesh number of the curing agent, the finish degree of the terrace is effectively improved.
本发明提供了碎石金刚砂地坪防开裂施工方法,包括以下步骤:S1、前期深化准备;S2、石疏水层施工;S3、隔离层及钢筋网片施工;S4、地坪混凝土浇筑及切缝;S5、金刚砂播撒及固化剂打磨。本发明通过将地坪底部细石混凝土替换为碎石疏水层,并在地坪排水沟边增设排水导管,使整体金刚砂地坪底部疏水通畅,长期保持地坪干燥状态;通过BIM技术合理布置地坪分缝以及切缝时间控制可有效防止地坪传统的开裂问题;通过对固化剂打磨目数的控制,对地坪光洁度得到了有效提升。
