Concrete structure repairing construction method
The invention discloses a concrete structure repairing construction method, and aims to solve the technical problems of low bonding strength and poor durability in concrete maintenance and reinforcement. The method comprises the following steps of (1) treating the surface of a to-be-repaired concrete structure to form an uneven shape, and measuring the surface roughness of the to-be-repaired concrete structure by adopting a sand filling method after the treatment is completed; (2) drilling a hole in the surface of the treated concrete structure, burying an anchoring rib and smearing an interface agent; (3) preparing fiber concrete, namely mixing fibers with coarse aggregate and fine aggregate, performing dry mixing for 30 seconds to 60 seconds, adding cement, a mineral admixture, water anda concrete admixture, and performing stirring for 90 seconds to 120 seconds to obtain the fiber concrete; and then pouring the fiber concrete on the surface of the concrete structure treated in the step (2). The high-performance fiber concrete is adopted to bond, repair and reinforce the existing concrete, the durability of the bonding surface is greatly improved, and the maintenance and repair cost can also be greatly reduced.
