The invention discloses an installation structure of a tail door handle. A main positioning pin and an auxiliary positioning pin penetrate through plug pin holes to achieve a positioning effect, a first screw and a second screw fix a handle body to a tail door body, positioning reinforcing ribs provide positioning holes for installation of a handle outer cover, limiting is achieved through accurate positioning of positioning columns and the positioning reinforcing ribs, and meanwhile, buckles distributed on the circumference of the handle outer cover are inserted into grooves formed in the handle body to control the clearance plane difference between the handle outer cover and the handle body. Compared with a traditional integrated handle, the mode can be achieved through a common injection molding process, the process difficulty is low, a lot of time and resource costs can be saved, the mechanical property requirement is met, the operation hand feeling is also met, and good user experience is achieved.
