The rail transit vehicle passenger room window control system comprises TCMS systems, unlocking buttons, electromagnetic locks and relays, wherein the TCMS systems are respectively connected with the unlocking buttons and the relays;the TCMS systems are configured to drive the relays of corresponding trains to act when receiving an air conditioning system fault signal and an unlocking button activation signal, so that electromagnetic locks are powered on to unlock train windows; and the TCMS systems are also configured to stop driving the relays of the corresponding trains when any one of situations that the air conditioningsystem fault signal disappears, the unlocking buttons are activated again and a preset allowable time of window opening is exceeded is detected, so that the electromagnetic locks are powered off, andthe unopened train windows recover to a locked state.
