The invention discloses a sun-shading device for a rail transit vehicle and the rail transit vehicle, the sun-shading device comprises a liquid tank unit, a control unit and a liquid conveying pipe, the liquid tank unit comprises a first cavity, a second cavity and a liquid pump, the first cavity contains sun-shading liquid, the second cavity contains transparent liquid, the density of the sun-shading liquid is smaller than that of the transparent liquid, and the liquid pump is connected with the control unit; the solubility of the sunshade liquid in the transparent liquid is less than 0.01%; a cavity is formed in double-layer hollow glass of the rail transit vehicle, and a liquid pump and a liquid conveying pipe are arranged between the first cavity and the cavity and between the second cavity and the cavity respectively. The control unit is connected with the liquid pump and used for controlling the liquid pump to pump the sun-shading liquid and/or the transparent liquid for sun shading. The sun-shading device is simple in structure, convenient to install and operate, suitable for window glass of various shapes and not prone to damage.
