The invention discloses a sterilization faucet. The sterilization faucet comprises a faucet main body, a hydrolytic ozone generator and a faucet switch, wherein the faucet main body comprises a waterinlet chamber; the lower end of the water inlet chamber is provided with a water inlet; the upper end of the water inlet chamber is provided with a water outlet; a partition plate is arranged at one side of the water inlet chamber; the hydrolytic ozone generator comprises a plate body part and an electrode part which is installed at the plate body part; the plate body part is fixed to the partition plate; the electrode part extends into the water inlet chamber after penetrating through the partition plate; and the faucet switch is arranged on the faucet main body and is used for closing or opening the water inlet. The sterilization faucet provided by the invention implements sterilization and disinfection of the filtered purified water, and the discharged water can be directly drunk.
