A faucet related to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an electrolysis module (180) for electrolyzing tap water and converting the tap water into hypochlorous acid; a liquid outlet (150) for discharging sterilized water (50) containing the hypochlorous acid; a fan (240) for air to flow; a gas flow path (245) having one end connected to the fan (240) and the other end extending to both sides of the liquid outlet (150); a UV lamp (220) disposed on the gas flow path (245) to sterilize and warm the flowing air; a gas outlet (210) connected to the other end of the gas flow path (245) and protruding from both sides of the liquid outlet (150) to discharge purified wind (70), which is the sterilized and warmed air, downward; a sterilized water sensor (260) for recognizing an approaching body or object in a non-contact manner and discharging sterilized water (50); a purified wind sensor (270) for recognizing an approaching body or object in a non-contact manner and discharging the purified wind (70); and a control unit (250) for controlling an operation of the faucet based on outputs of the sterilized water sensor (260) and the purified wind sensor (270). Therefore, it is possible to prevent secondary contamination by bacteria, viruses, and infectious diseases during drying.
