The crane device comprises a supporting block; the lower side of the supporting block is provided with a first supporting rod; the first supporting rod is fixedly connected with the supporting block; a second motor is embedded in the left end face of the first supporting rod; the second motor is provided with a rotating rod in a control mode; a transmission box is fixedly arranged on the rotating rod; and a transmission cavity is arranged inside the transmission box. According to the crane device suitable for the reinforced concrete culvert pipe laying provided by the invention, carrying, installing and laying work of a reinforced concrete culvert pipe can be completed in an assisted mode, a culvert pipe center shaft is positioned through an arc-shaped detection box and multiple detection probes, and accurate positioning carrying and installing can be achieved; and whether the lower surface ofthe culvert pipe is horizontal or not is detected through the rotatable detection box, and horizontal adjustment of the culvert pipe is completed through a motor air cylinder.
