Reinforced concrete pipe culvert dredging method
The invention discloses a reinforced concrete pipe culvert dredging method. The method comprises the following steps of S1, sealing off the upstream end of a to-be-dredged pipe culvert, and guiding upstream flowing water into the downstream of the to-be-dredged pipe culvert through a temporary pipeline; S2, adding one or more of the following materials into the to-be-dredged pipe culvert: a sludge curing agent, sandy soil and soil; S3, uniformly stirring and mixing the materials added in the step S2 with the sludge by adopting a stirring device; and S4, excavating the mixed sludge stirred in the step S3 by adopting an excavator, and pouring the excavated sludge into a loading box of a sludge loading vehicle. The upstream of the to-be-dredged pipe culvert is sealed off, so that the upstream flowing water is prevented from entering the to-be-dredged pipe culvert, and the adverse effect of the flowing water on subsequent sludge fixation can be effectively prevented; and meanwhile, the upstream flowing water is introduced into the downstream of the to-be-dredged pipe culvert through the pipeline, the upstream water accumulation pressure can be effectively relieved, and normal upstream flowing water is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种钢筋混凝土管涵清淤方法,包括如下步骤:S1、对待清淤的管涵的上游端封断,并将上游的流水通过临时管道引入待清淤的管涵的下游;S2、对待清淤的管涵的内部添加以下物料中的一种或多种:淤泥固化剂、沙土、泥土;S3、采用搅拌装置将S2中添加的物料与淤泥搅拌混合均匀;S4、采用挖掘机将S3中搅拌后的混合淤泥进行挖掘,并将挖掘出的淤泥倾倒在淤泥装载车的装载箱中。本发明将待清淤的管涵的上游进行封断,从而防止上游流水进入待清淤管涵中,能有效地防止流水对后续淤泥固话的不利影响;同时,将上游的流水通过管道引入待清淤管涵的下游,能有效地缓解上游积水压力,保证上游正常流水。
