The invention relates to a steel tube arch bridge arch rib rapid closure construction method. The method comprises the steps that four threaded sleeves are welded to steel base plates at the two endsof an arch rib closure section in the circumferential direction at equal intervals, and a bolt is connected into each threaded sleeve in a threaded mode; after the closure section is hoisted to a designed mounting position, each bolt is screwed out by a certain length by adopting a torque wrench, so that the end parts of the bolts tightly abut against flanges at the end parts of arch rib sectionsin butt joint with the closure section; and the bolts are welded to the butt joint section arch rib flanges. According to the construction method, instantaneous closure of arch ribs can be achieved, so that the aerial work time is greatly shortened, and the construction efficiency is improved; and the closure construction is not influenced by the environment temperature, so that the construction convenience is enhanced, and the construction difficulty is reduced.
