The invention relates to a siphon-method flood-fighting and emergency rescue device. According to the technical scheme, a first barrier lake is defined in a flood-fighting key area, a plurality of siphon water supply stations are installed on the periphery of the flood-fighting key area, the water outlet ends of the siphon water supply stations are connected with barrier siphon water supply pipes,outlets of the barrier siphon water supply pipes are connected to siphon water conveying stations, the water outlet ends of the siphon water conveying stations are connected with siphon water conveying pipes, and the siphon water conveying pipes extend to a flood discharge riverway. The device has the beneficial effects that by using siphonage, time is gained for flood fighting, and a large amount of manpower, material resources and financial resources are saved; the rapid building of the barrier lake is organically combined with the siphon drainage method, so that flood fighting measures canbe conveniently implemented by various means, and the device is of a modular structure and is convenient to reuse; and in addition, the tail ends of the siphon water conveying pipes can be connectedwith water suction faucets, the siphon drainage speed can be increased through the water suction faucets, and the water suction faucets do not need to additionally increase power.
