The invention discloses a guide wall formwork for a secant pile concrete guide wall. The guide wall formwork solves the problem of guide wall concrete forming quality caused by different degrees of formwork system deviation generated when a wood formwork is erected in the engineering by adopting a continuous semicircular shaping steel formwork with flanges on the periphery on the inner side of theguide wall. Meanwhile, the flanges are arranged on the periphery of the shaping steel formwork, so that the rigidity of the shaped steel formwork is effectively improved. A guide wall inner side shaping steel formwork supporting system formed by connecting second angle steel and third angle steel is finally connected with first angle steel on the shaping steel formwork, so that the shaping steelformwork is effectively supported and reinforced, meanwhile, the angle steel and the angle steel are connected through bolts, mounting, dismounting and moving are convenient, and the construction efficiency is improved. The bottoms of scaffold tubes for reinforcing the wood formwork on the outer side of the guide wall are anchored into a foundation, and the tops of the scaffold tubes are connectedwith angle steel upper fixing plate through split bolts, so that the whole guide wall formwork system is firm and reliable, construction is convenient and fast, and the construction progress is accelerated.
本发明公开了一种咬合桩混凝土导墙用的导墙模板,本发明通过导墙内侧采用四周带翼缘的连续半圆形定型钢模板,解决了在此类工程中,支设木模板时产生不同程度模板体系偏差所导致导墙混凝土成型质量的问题,同时定型钢模板四周带翼缘,有效的增加定型钢模板自身刚度。利用第二角钢与第三角钢相连形成的导墙内侧定型刚模板支撑体系,最终与定型钢模板上的第一角钢相连,有效的对定型钢模板进行支撑加固,同时角钢与角钢之间用螺栓连接,便于安拆移动,提高施工效率。通过导墙外侧木模板加固用脚手管底部锚入地基中,顶部用对拉螺栓与角钢上固定板连接的形式,使导墙整体模板体系牢固可靠,施工方便快捷,加快施工进度。
