The invention discloses a secant pile guide wall formwork and a formwork supporting structure construction method. The secant pile guide wall formwork is composed of a plurality of secant pile guide wall formwork units, the secant pile guide wall formwork units are made of aluminum formworks, and the diameter of the secant pile guide wall formwork is the same as that of secant pile guide walls. The formwork supporting structure construction method comprises the steps that secant pile guide wall formwork units are produced in batches in a factory according to design requirements; the secant pile guide wall formwork units are sequentially installed on a construction site; the secant pile guide walls are constructed on the two sides of each secant pile guide wall formwork unit; after the strength of the secant pile guide walls meet the formwork removal strength requirement, the secant pile guide wall formworks are removed; and secant pile construction is carried out between the secant pile guide walls.
