The construction method comprisesthe steps that (1) connecting pieces are pre-buried in all arc cantilever floors; (2), sling through holes are reserved in the floor slabs of the arc-roof cantilever floors; (3), a hoisting machine and a hanging basket are arranged; (4), suspender connecting pieces are arranged at the lower ends of the arc-roof cantilever floors; (5), suspender hoisting is carried out; (6), a platform cross beamis hoisted; (7), a platform longitudinal beam is hoisted; (8), steel pipes, battens and formworks are installed; (9), safety members are arranged; and (10), exterior wall decoration construction is carried out and the platform is removed. Compared with a common method of erecting a full framing for construction in the prior art, the construction period of decoration construction at the high-altitude large cantilever structure can be greatly shortened, the engineering cost is reduced, and the safety of a basement of the high-rise building can be guaranteed.
