The totally-enclosed building structure comprises a steel net rack structure and a netrack foundation, wherein the steel net rack structure comprises a net rack upper chord and a net rack lower chord; the net rack lower chord is positioned below the net rack upper chord; the net rack lower chord is connected with the net rack upper chord through a plurality of pressure rods; a light membrane is arranged above the net rack upper chord; the light membrane is connected to the net rackupper chord through a membrane pressing rope belt; and the end part of the net rack upper chord and the end part of the net rack lower chord are fixed on the net rack foundation. The totally-enclosedbuilding structure is low in investment cost, is easy to maintain, and is safe and reliable.
