Prefabricated light heat-preserving load-bearing wallboard and processing technology thereof
The invention discloses a prefabricated light heat-preserving load-bearing wallboard and a processing technology thereof in the field of prefabricated wallboards. The wallboard comprises a device body, wherein the device body comprises a main board and a steel framework, the steel framework is fixed in the main board, the main board is of a hollow structure, the left side of the main board is provided with a protrusion, the right side of the main board is provided with a mortise, and the steel framework is composed of four L-shaped boards; and each L-shaped board comprises a transverse board and a vertical board, wherein the transverse boards in each steel framework are fixedly welded to the inner sides of the wide edges of the main board, and each vertical board is fixedly welded to the inner side of the long edge of the main board. The heat preservation performance of concrete is guaranteed, and compared with a traditional cast-in-place mode, the construction time is shortened, and the structural strength is guaranteed; and a user only needs to connect and fix the prefabricated wallboard, and compared with other heat-preserving wallboards, the novel wallboard is low in material cost, excellent in heat preservation effect and high in cost performance.
本发明公开了预制墙板领域的一种预制轻质保温承重墙板及其加工工艺,包括装置本体,装置本体中包括主板和钢构架,钢构架固定于主板内部,主板为空心结构,且主板的左侧设置有凸起,主板的右侧设置有榫槽,钢构架中由四块L型板组成,且L型板板中包括横板和竖板,每组钢构架中的横板与主板的宽边内侧焊接固定,每组竖板与主板的长边内侧焊接固定,保证混凝土的保温性能,比较于传统的现场浇筑方式,缩短了施工时间,保证了结构强度,使用者只需要将预制墙板进行连接固定即可,较与其他保温墙板来说,材料花费少,保温效果优良,性价比较高。
