The single-layer prefabricated wallboard load-bearing rural house is fixedly connected with the ground through foundation embedded parts and comprises light prefabricated wallboards and wallboard construction square pipes, and the light prefabricated wallboards are mutually connected through the wallboard construction square pipes to form a wall frame; the light steel roof truss and the roof purlins are connected to form a roof frame, the light steel roof truss is integrally arranged to be a triangular roof truss, the roof purlins support the light steel roof truss, and the roof frame is fixedly arranged over the wall body frame. Through organic combination of the light prefabricated wallboards and the light steel roof truss composite heat preservation roof, the application range of the light prefabricated wallboards and the light weight of the whole house are expanded, the anti-seismic property and safety of a building are improved, the weight of the light steel roof truss composite heat preservation roof is reduced, and the safety and heat preservation property of the whole house are improved; all the components are machined and prefabricated in a factory, the on-site decoration time is greatly shortened, and compared with a traditional building, construction is rapid and convenient, and the construction quality is high.
本发明一种单层预制墙板承重农房，通过基础预埋件与地面固定连接，包括：轻质预制墙板以及墙板构造方管，轻质预制墙板通过墙板构造方管相互连接形成墙体框架；轻钢屋架以及屋面檩条，轻钢屋架与屋面檩条连接后形成屋顶框架，轻钢屋架整体设置成三角屋架，屋面檩条对轻钢屋架进行支撑，且屋顶框架固设于墙体框架的正上方。通过轻质预制墙板和轻钢屋架复合保温屋面有机结合，扩大了轻质预制墙板应用范围，整个房屋的轻量化，提高了建筑的抗震性能、安全性，轻钢屋架复合保温屋面，既减小了屋面的质量，又增加了整个房屋的安全性、保温性，本发明所有构件均为工厂加工预制，大大减少了现场的装修时间，与传统建筑相比，施工快捷方便，施工质量高。
