The invention discloses a formwork piece. The formwork piece comprises an abutting plate and a sealing strip, the abutting plate is provided with a first groove portion, the sealing strip comprises afirst fixing portion and a sealing portion connected to the first fixing portion, the first fixing portion is contained in the first groove portion, and the sealing portion is exposed out of the firstgroove portion. According to the formwork piece provided by the invention, by arranging the sealing strip, the gap between the abutting plate and a prefabricated piece is filled, and therefore cement, mortar and the like are prevented from seeping out in the follow-up pouring process. In addition, the invention further provides a formwork construction system.
