The invention provides a formwork pull piece. The formwork pull piece comprises a piece body and a barrier body. The barrier body comprises a first barrier part and a second barrier part which are connected with each other, the piece body penetrates through the first barrier part in the length direction, the second barrier part is arranged around the edge of the first barrier part, and an included angle is formed between the normal of any point on the surface of the second barrier part and the normal of the surface of the first barrier part. According to the formwork pull piece, the piece body penetrates through the first barrier part in the length direction, then the second barrier part is arranged around the edge of the first barrier part, and the included angle is formed between the normal of any point on the surface of the second barrier part and the normal of the surface of the first barrier part, so that the first barrier part and the second barrier part can stop the flow direction of liquid on the whole peripheral side of the piece body, and then the purpose of reducing the water seepage phenomenon is achieved. A formwork structure comprises the formwork pull piece and formworks, and the formwork pull piece is used for fixing the two opposite formworks. According to the formwork structure, the purpose of reducing the water seepage phenomenon is also achieved through the formwork pull piece.
