The invention discloses a deviation correcting device based on a three-dimensional garage and the three-dimensional garage. The three-dimensional garage comprises a parking space frame and a carrier,wherein the deviation correcting device is used for adjusting the relative position between the carrier and the parking space frame; the deviation correcting device comprises a positioning groove anda positioning piece capable of being limited and positioned in the positioning groove; and one of the carrier and the parking space frame is provided with the positioning piece, and the other one of the carrier and the parking space frame is provided with the positioning groove. Compared with the prior art, when the carrier moves to the position of the parking space frame, the carrier can be adjusted in place in one step through mutual cooperation of the positioning piece and the positioning groove, and therefore the vehicle storing and taking efficiency of the carrier is improved.
