The invention discloses a coal ash powder granulating device for pavement materials. The device comprises a connecting base, a reaction tank is assembled in the center of the upper end surface of theconnecting base, and a stirring and mixing mechanism and a pressing and discharging mechanism are movably assembled on the connecting base.
