The invention provides a binder-free powder granulating and tabletting method which comprises the steps: uniformly mixing powder without adding a binder, performing primary sieving, calcining, performing secondary sieving, performing dry mixing to obtain tabletting powder, then tabletting the tabletting powder by using an automatic tabletting machine, and finally heating and sintering, wherein the deviation between the actual weight of the sintered tablet and the required weight is 1% or below, and the deviation between the actual size and the average size is 1% or below. The powder is mixed for multiple times, so that the mixing uniformity of the raw materials is ensured; the binder is not added into the powder, so that the powder is higher in purity and more accurate in weight; good particle size distribution of powder is formed through primary screening, powder with different particle sizes is distributed more uniformly after calcination, secondary screening and dry mixing, the tabletting consistency is improved, glue discharging is not needed in the sintering process, the powder is subjected to a solid-phase reaction only through sintering, the deviation between the actual weight of the sintered tablet and the required weight is smaller than or equal to 1%, the deviation between the actual size and the average size is less than or equal to 1%, and the tablet with high precision is prepared.
