The invention discloses an agricultural irrigation recycling ecological system for treating initial rainwater and farmland returned water. The whole ecological pond system is implemented by adopting a'zoning' principle, and a main system is divided into four subsystems, namely a wastewater collection system, a wastewater treatment system, a farmland irrigation recycling system and a river ecological water supplementing system. The treatment system is used for treating wastewater by adopting a 'grading' principle, and the whole wastewater treatment system is divided into a floating plant facultative anaerobic zone, an aeration oxygenation zone, a submerged biological filler module oxygenation zone and a submerged plant oxygenation zone. The whole ecological pond system is composed of an ecological dam, a pump station, a grid, an aerator, aquatic plants, biological fillers and other structures, and stable purification and storage of rainwater, farmland returned water and the like can beachieved.
