The invention relates to a self-leveling phosphogypsum material, which is characterized by being prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 50-150 parts of water, 150 parts of phosphogypsum, 0.1-2 part of a water reducing agent, 0.1-2 part of a starch derivative, 0.1-1 part of a defoaming agent, 0.1-2 part of an anionic surfactant and 0.1-3 part of a nonionic surfactant. The phosphogypsum material developed by the invention has excellent self-leveling performance. According to the method, resource utilization of phosphogypsum can be achieved while the problem of environmental protection caused by stacking of phosphogypsum is solved, and the method has important economic and social benefits.
本发明涉及一种自流平磷石膏材料,其特征在于,所述自流平磷石膏材料由包括以下重量份的组分制备而成:50‑150份的水、150份的磷石膏、0.1‑2份的减水剂、0.1‑2份的淀粉衍生物、0.1‑1份的消泡剂、0.1‑2份的阴离子表面活性剂和0.1‑3份非离子表面活性剂。本发明所研制的磷石膏材料具有优异的自流平性能。本发明不仅能够实现磷石膏的资源化利用,同时解决其堆放所带来的环境保护问题,具有重要的经济和社会效益。
