The invention relates to alkali-activated ardealite self-leveling mortar, which is prepared from 55 to 70 parts of ardealite, 10 to 20 parts of slag, 1 to 3 parts of alkali activator, 30 to 50 parts of fine aggregate, 0.02 to 0.1 part of retarder, 0.05 to 0.12 part of defoaming agent, 0.02 to 0.06 part of water-retaining agent and 0.1 to 0.3 part of water reducing agent. According to the invention, industrial waste phosphogypsum and mineral powder are used as main raw materials, waste is turned into wealth, the cost is low, the economic benefit is high, compared with similar products, the product has better market competitiveness, meanwhile, environmental pollution is reduced, and a new way is opened up for utilization of phosphogypsum; calcium hydroxide is adopted as an alkali activator and can jointly excite the activity of an alkali-activated cementing material in the ardealite self-leveling mortar with sulfate in the ardealite, the fluidity and the setting time of the obtained ardealite self-leveling mortar are adjusted, and the problems of poor mechanical property and poor water resistance of the ardealite self-leveling mortar are solved; the calcium hydroxide can preferentially adsorb inert salt Ca3 (PO4) 2 generated by eutectic phosphorus precipitation in the ardealite, so that adverse effects of the calcium hydroxide on the ardealite self-leveling mortar are avoided.
