Steam curing process for concrete prefabricated part
The invention discloses a steam curing process for a concrete prefabricated part, which comprises the following steps of: (1) a standing stage: firstly, placing a poured concrete prefabricated part ina natural environment with the temperature not lower than 5 DEG C for a period of time until the concrete prefabricated part is finally set; (2) a temperature rising stage: transferring the finally set concrete prefabricated part into a curing kiln, continuously and uniformly releasing steam into the curing kiln through a steam generator, and raising the temperature to 45-55 DEG C for 2.5-3.5 hours at the temperature rising speed of not more than 10 DEG C/h; (3) a constant temperature stage: placing the concrete prefabricated part in a curing kiln for 1.8-2.2 h for constant temperature curing, and keeping the temperature of the curing kiln at 45-55 DEG C and the humidity at 70-80%; and (4) a cooling stage: reducing the temperature in the curing kiln from 45-55 DEG C to the normal temperature at a cooling speed not exceeding 10 DEG C/h. By accurately controlling the technological parameters of the temperature rising, constant temperature and cooling stages of the curing kiln, the curing efficiency can be improved, and surface cracking caused by the fact that the prefabricated part loses water excessively and is not replenished with water in time can be avoided.
本发明公开一种混凝土预制构件蒸汽养护工艺,包括步骤(1)静置阶段,先将浇筑后的混凝土预制构件放置于温度不低于5℃的自然环境中一段时间至混凝土预制构件终凝;(2)升温阶段,转移终凝后的混凝土预制构件至养护窑中,通过蒸汽发生器向养护窑内持续均匀释放蒸汽升温至45~55℃,升温时间为2.5~3.5h,升温速度不超过10℃/h;(3)恒温阶段,混凝土预制构件放置在养护窑中1.8~2.2h而进行恒温养护,并保持养护窑的温度为45~55℃、湿度为70~80%;(4)降温阶段,将养护窑内的温度从45~55℃降温至常温,降温速度不超过10℃/h;其通过精准控制养护窑升温、恒温和降温阶段的工艺参数,既能提高养护效率,又能避免预制构件过度失水而未及时补水出现表面开裂。
