C35 steam-curing-free concrete for prefabricated buildings and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of concrete, in particular to C35 steam-curing-free concrete for prefabricated buildings and a preparation method thereof. In the concrete, per cubic meterof the concrete is prepared from the following raw materials: 220-400kg of cement; 0-180kg of fly ash; 0-180 kg of mineral powder; 725.8-754kg of sand; 1086-1114.2kg of stone; 16kg of nano C-S-H-PCE;0.4-4.8kg of a water reducing agent; and 115.2-192kg of water. The nano C-S-H-PCE early strength agent is adopted to regulate the early hydration process of cement, accelerate the generation of earlyhydration products of cement and the formation of microstructures, and further prepare the steam-curing-free concrete product with low energy consumption and high durability by optimizing the concrete mix proportion, thereby effectively avoiding the generation of heat damage and structural defects inside the product in the damp-heat curing process, the overall performance of concrete products isimproved and the later maintenance cost of the concrete products is reduced.
本发明涉及混凝土技术领域,特别是一种装配式建筑用C35免蒸汽养护混凝土及其制备方法。在所述混凝土中,每立方米混凝土的制备原料包括下列组分:水泥,220‑400kg;粉煤灰,0‑180kg;矿粉,0‑180kg;砂,725.8‑754kg;石,1086‑1114.2kg;纳米C‑S‑H‑PCE,16kg;减水剂,0.4‑4.8kg;水,115.2‑192kg。采用纳米C‑S‑H‑PCE早强剂调控水泥的早期水化进程,加速水泥早期水化产物的生成和微结构的形成,进一步通过混凝土配合比优化,制备低能耗、高耐久免蒸养混凝土制品,有效避免湿热养护过程中制品内部的热损伤及结构缺陷的产生,提高混凝土制品整体性能,降低混凝土制品后期维护成本。
