The invention discloses an energy-saving marine oil stain clearing device which at least comprises a cleaning body and a floating body. The floating body is arranged on the cleaning body so that the cleaning body can float on the sea surface; a first oil discharging push plate and a second oil discharging push plate which can rotate independently are arranged in the cleaning body so as to divide an inner cavity of the cleaning body into a first area and a second area, and a first oil inlet communicating with the first area and a first oil discharging outlet communicating with the second area are formed in the cleaning body; and the first oil discharge push plate and the second oil discharge push plate are configured to be in an alternate rotating working mode so as to continuously push oilstains in the second area into the first oil discharging outlet. After the oil stains on the sea surface enter the cleaning body from the first oil inlet, the cleaning body can block sea waves on thesea surface, at the moment, the oil stains entering the cleaning body cannot be beaten into a seabed by the sea waves, and then the oil stains entering the cleaning body can be completely dischargedso as to improve the cleaning efficiency of the oil stains.
