Aiming at geological soil layers under different conditions, under the condition of using small equipment, a targeted multi-pipe relay process is adopted to finish pile body hole forming of a deep pile and construction of a pile end carrier, so that the bearing capacity of the pile is prominently improved, the working efficiency is improved, and the cost is saved; under the geological condition of higher underground water content or under the relatively-soft geological condition, a special pipe A and a B and C double-sleeve deviceare adopted to perform bottom sealing hole forming and construction of the pile end carrier, or a special pipe A, a special pipe B and a heavy hammer device are adopted to perform bottom sealing holeforming and construction of the pile end carrier; and under the geological condition of lower underground water content or under the relatively-hard geological condition, the pipe A and the B and C double-sleeve device are adopted to perform hole forming and construction of the pile end carrier, so that the construction progress and quality are guaranteed, and the application type and the application range of the carrier pile are widened.
本发明提供一种载体桩的施工方法,针对不同条件的地质土层,在使用较小型设备的条件下,采用有针对性的多管接力工艺完成深度较大桩的桩身成孔和桩端载体的施工,在显著提高桩的承载力的同时,实现工效的提高和成本的节约;在地下水含量较丰富或者较软的地质条件中,采用特制A管和B、C双套管装置进行封底成孔和桩端载体的施工,或者采用特制A管、B管、重锤装置进行封底成孔和桩端载体的施工;在地下水含量较少或者较硬的地质条件中,则采用A管和B、C双套管装置进行成孔和桩端载体的施工,确保施工进度和质量并扩大载体桩的应用类型和适用范围。
