The construction method of the composite carrier pile comprises the following steps that a prestressed hollow pipe pile is constructed, and the bottom of the prestressed hollow pipe pile is filled with filler; the filler is tamped to the position below the bottom of the prestressed hollow pipe pile, and the filler and a soil body below the bottom of the prestressed hollow pipe pile are confidential to form a pile end carrier with the section size larger than the outer diameter of the prestressed hollow pipe pile; the pile end carrier continues to be tamped, and a mounting hole used for containing a reinforcement cage is formed; the reinforcement cage is mounted in the mounting hole, and the reinforcement cage extends into the prestressed hollow pipe pile; concrete is poured into the mounting holes and the prestressed hollow pipe pile to the designed height; according to the prestressed hollow pipe pile, the pile end carrier is arranged at the bottom of the prestressed hollow pipe pile, and the pile body is arranged in the prestressed hollow pipe pile and extends into the pile end carrier, so that the contact area between the end part of the prestressed pipe pile and the carrier is increased, and the bearing capacity of a single pile and the pulling resistance are improved.
