The invention belongs to the technical field of buildings, and relates to a hidden building outer wall rainwater collecting and circulating system which comprises an outer wall, a first collecting device, a conveying pipeline and a storage device. The first collecting device is arranged at the top of the outer wall, a mounting groove is formed in the outer surface of the outer wall, the conveyingpipeline is installed in the mounting groove, and the storage device is arranged at the bottom of the outer wall; and one end of the conveying pipeline is communicated with the first collecting device, the other end of the conveying pipeline is communicated with the storage device, a middle section of the conveying pipeline is provided with a filtering device, the mounting groove is provided witha covering plate, and the outer surface of the covering plate is kept consistent with the wall surface of the outer wall. By means of the structure in the design, the conveying pipeline is mounted inthe wall body and covers the covering plate for hiding, so that the attractiveness is improved, and meanwhile, rainwater can be collected for cyclic utilization.
