The ALC plate structural member comprises connecting pieces, a sleeve wire, gaskets and bolts. Screw holes are formed in the connecting pieces. The gaskets are arranged on the bolts in a sleeving manner. The bolts penetrate through the screw holes of the connecting pieces. The sleeve wire is connected to the bolts in a threaded manner. According to the design, the application range of ALC plates is expanded, a structure does not need to be built when a low-rise building is built, the construction process is simplified, the construction period is shortened, and the construction cost is greatly reduced; and the bolts penetrate through the ALC plates to connect the ALC plates into a whole, compared with an existing gully head bolt and U-shaped piece connecting manner, the connecting integrity is good, cracking of plate seams is avoided, and the common problem of ALC plate building cracking is effectively solved.
